No Returns or Refunds for Digital Downloads

Digital products sold on this website are non-refundable.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), digital content that is delivered instantly and not supplied on a tangible medium is not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal once the customer:

1. receives immediate access to the digital content, and

2. expressly agrees that the withdrawal period is waived.

By purchasing any digital file, template, guide, form pack, or downloadable product from FranceForms, the customer acknowledges that:

• the digital product is made available immediately after purchase;

• access constitutes full performance of the contract;

• the legal right to withdraw or request a refund is forfeited once the download begins.

If you do not agree to waive your right of withdrawal, do not proceed with the purchase.

This policy applies to all digital downloads offered on FranceForms, including document packs, templates, guides, checklists, and other electronic materials.
